Brand new, never lived in. This unit was purchased for my elderly mother to live in on my property but due declining health she was never able to move in and was placed in an assisted living facility. Unit includes brand new refrigerator, stove, central HVAC and uninstalled skirting/underpinning. HVAC unit has not been hooked up , therefore buyer can register the warranty in their own name. My mother paid over $70,000 and never moved into it.
